• Your logo or name goes on our project README on GitHub as a Silver supporter
• Full access to our custom-built .notus files.
• 24 hour SLA on issues
• Max 3 issues / month

Gold

($100/month)

• All benefits of lower tiers
• Logo or name on the project website and GitHub Readme as a Gold supporter
• 6 hour SLA and access to the toll free number for support. ( max 2 hrs /mo, additional hours billed at $155/hr)
• Max 5 issues / month
